Definition:
The motives, risks, and implications are unclear to the user when using an application or a service that the application provides.

It’s not something that is highlighted on the first page of their like consent forms like I need to read the whole consent form so that I’m sure that they are collecting this and this and I don’t know like from reading 11 paragraphs or one sentence.
