 The difference between just ethics and an ethical concern is that an ethical concern involves the user’s worry for an [[glossary:eis|ethical issue]] they or the group they belong to are facing. If someone neutrally describes an ethical issue without taking a [[glossary:stance|stance]] on it it would not be an ethical concern.
